Why other players cant download de_vegas.wad they say they need "de_vegas.wad" and cant download it ?

Go on server to "maps" directory,there must be a file named "de_vegas.res" open it with a (text)editor and add "de_vegas.wad"(without"") and save them.If there no file create one.And check if de_vegas on the server.
In ".res" files stand,what player must extra download from server for this map.

de_vegas is required by more maps than just de_vegas.bsp (in fact it's required by any map that uses its textures). So for every map that requires it you would have to create such a <mapname>.res file.

This is not an AMXX issue by the way.

so thats why .wad files dont download?! thats so f**king gay! because i download mpas with .wad files all the time and i cant use them because of my server dropping ppl for not downloading it even though i put the .wad in my server's czero folder

why not just run RESgen on your maps folder and create all of the needed res files... or am i missing something here. I am very tired, ZzZzZzzzz
