I have no idea how to do this.
This example used(?) to work but does not for me:
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=180114

What happens is that the callback is fired after "Waiting for players" ends once per map, that's it.
So psychonic pointed at this http://hg.alliedmods.net/hl2sdks/hl2...ules.cpp#l1515
What I'd like to do now is detour this function into my plugin (or extension if necessary) and either allow the call to be continued as usual or to block its execution. Plugin or extension, I have no idea on how to do this and appreciate any advice I can get!

Thanks in advance!

Not sure what you are asking for. Are you trying to prevent arena matches from ending when a player dies so it is like infinite deathmatch?

Yes.
Also I have fixed my issue. Turns out that regardless of double- and triple checking the offset was off by one. -.-
Thanks for your help!
