Hello! If the owner of a forum cs 1.6 closed the community forum and servers. Is there any way to get it back?

most of the community developers/owners has a backup of all the contents and database files, so i guess if it didn't close for a long time, he will have it!

Well as they say, contacting the owner is the only way. You may do it through support page. They work even the whole forum shuts down. Well except the owner has the intense not to turn it on again.
