Ooops should have searched before posting mine

but mine is much simpler i guess no timer for each player and just check when player tries to join team

I wish people started using new syntax more often... it's as simple as having this in the plugin:

I updated that plugin and also added printing the message to the console and chat so that it doesn't get lost.
