I Want Working Plugin Pack/Need Help

Hi, Im need TF2 Server Plugins Pack with:
RTD
Resizer
Tele
SourceMod
MetaMod
HGR
Advanced Infinite Ammo
Third Person And First Person.
Why i need? When i upload this on my server it's not working!
