All people that want to help are welcome to join in the team. I need to update the first post because some new people joined but I will do that when we start.
A quote from shanapu in slack:

But as I already said in telegram and partly here, we need to define some goals - a principle before we start.
A "what we want to achieve?" with this group.
Also we should establish a set of rules to regulate the rights and duties of participants.
And work out code contribution guidelines, before we start an teamproject at all.
But as I mentioned above, I'm very busy and don't have much time right now. But things will change soon.
So, I would like to release myself from the duty of a moderator or a leading role of this project in the begin phase
- if you have ever seen at me as such... anyway...
...I'm here to work with you together on an equal level.
I don't want to be one who dictate the team, but also I don't want be dictated by anyone else.
We should work out every desicion together - as a team.
Maybe this will be a hard begin, without a visible progress (outsite).
But I'm sure the people and the project will benefit from this prepartion.
Also misunderstandings & later disappointments can thus be avoided.
My imagination of this group in shortversion:
may differed from yours - let us discuss!
We work on special projects together as a team.
We code together & release cool shit in the brand of the team/group.
Everything worked out will be released under GLP3 (if possible).
No forbitten or 'shady' stuff that could harm the modding community.
We make every effort to answer/satisfy simple plugins request in forum.
With this we take the ground away from the scammers. - "I can do that for you, add me on steam"
We try to 'free the code' - we rebuild high demand private plugins.
There are no Leader - we are all equal in this group, independent of the experience, age or origin.
But also people (or workgroups) get seperate tasks to maintain 'infrastructure', code snippets, plugins, an other project parts completely independently, according to the ideas of the group.
I hope you guys see this like me.

I'm not sure what's the best way to workout these above mentioned tasks in slack.
Spontaneous, I would open some channels for #goals-principle & #coding_guidlines & #project_ideas
We discuss the respective theme there and pin posts worth for reading?!?!
So start the brainstorm!
