I have been looking for a long time for a TF2 plugin where anyone can set a custom name tag by themselves, but so far I have not found one that can get everyone to set a custom tag in TF2, does anyone know any plugin of this type?

The actual setting of custom tags in this plugin is restricted to the chat flag by default however.
