So i know this plugin exists right: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=543922

What i wanna do is to increase the amount intelligence captures on 2 maps, and i wanna disable a capture point completetly on 1 map.

Which of these are possible?, and if some of em are, what's the damn cvar for doing it

EDIT: Just saw that someone mentioned that you dont need this for TF2 anymore, and you can just add /cfg/ folder inside the maps folder and this will work, can someone confirm this?

You can change the amount of flag captures by changing tf_flag_caps_per_round. Disabling the intelligence can be done by a plugin.

As for the putting the .cfg files in /cfg/, yes, that's how you do it.

Other way around bl4nk xD.

I wanna disable capture points, and increase intelligence., thanks for the flag capture cvar tho.

I have no idea what you're talking about. In TF2, the intelligence is the flag.

Well you can use the cvar I posted to increase the amount of flag captures, and you'd need a plugin to disable capture points.
