I really feel like the only time you need an extension nowadays would be to return an object type return. Memory patching can be done in Sourcemod and Hooking is taken care via DhooksDetour.

I have installed this mod with latest stable 1.10 - build 6503 and 1.11 - build 1144 in windows
The srcds.exe die after people join the server

It seems that in windows finding the matchmaking_ds library by sourcemod also has a bug.
