Hey guys. Can someone make a plugin so that the MOTD will only go away after XX seconds?

I have Rules & Regulations in my motd and peopel sometimes just press 'enter' as soon as they join the server.

I want them to stare at the freaking motd for around 5-10 seconds or XX seconds (That can't be canceled).

Then it will automatically go away.

Man this problem was discussed may times! You can't do that! Only way you can do is to reshow the motd!
