If the cvar for single model usage is enabled, then the fourth model would be regular CS:S. If the cvar is disabled, then the models are all random and you could have four of the same, two of two of them or any combination.

Ah Rimmer i see it now, sorry about that.

Hrms, interesting that its working for 99% of players. The only thing I can think of is if they have cl_allowdownload 0, or if the models folder is right protected or something of that nature.
Do you use any custom sounds, or could you please ask these players if custom sounds/decals work on other servers?

I fear its definately a client side problem for these guys if its working ok for everyone else. Unfortunately with a server plugin I cannot enfore or act on a clients PC at all :\

Thanks mate, pretty much what I had expected. I will try and test more next time a willing player that is having this problem comes on the server.
