Don't be mad, but after looking in IDA, it seems offsets ( from CGameRulesOffsets ) were fine (no changes required).
It explains why you have trouble with team, since the offsets related to players count are not updated properly. It reminds also, I've seen some weird things like when adding a bot, it stays in spectator.

So, overwrite CGameRulesOffsets from the package, it was correct. It would seem only offsets related to virtual functions were required to update.

This plugin requires AMX Mod X 1.8.2+. This native has known bug which has been fixed in AMXX 1.8.2.

Found an error, the flag "ef" is not working. The rounds are still ending whenever VIP escaped or got assassinated.
