Has anyone come up with a plugin yet to block the buff banner exploit (which is currently crashing other player's clients on the server)?

From the looks of it, the only way to block the exploit will be to prevent player's from using it (at least until Valve patches it).

...if your servers have been emptying out for no discernible reason, this exploit is probably the cause.

Ah, interesting to hear. Hopefully Valve will patch it quick, I gather they know about it, in which case we should get an update quick, I hope.

I thought so too...but since it's been "in the wild" (after being outed on the steam forums) for three days now, I think we might need to plug it ourselves for the time being.

Interesting. I get crashes in tf2 all the time now. Like memory access errors and just closes. Its getting annoying. I am not sure its from the update or exploits though.
