Server is Kicking all people

My 32 player cs 1.6 linux server kicks all people like 2 times a day.

This error is in the clients console:

Error: server failed to transmit file 'AY&SY
s'
Host_Error: UserMsg: Not Present on Client

Is it a sound error , or a steam error , amxmodx error ?
Who can help plz

remove all custom plugins and see if it still gives the error.

It doesn't do that with default AMXX, so it's either a custom plugin fault.

I think amxmodx calculator cant handle 32 players

After a new round almost everybody gets kicked

well obviously your wrong, as I truely think AMXX doesn't care if it's 6 or 36 players. It'd be the SERVER itself that wouldn't be able to handle it.

Now i see the error in the console of the client .
The server dont crash , its working great only clients losing there connection randomly .
Nobody knows what this error means ?

After we turned off custom decals we stopped having this problem.

I see you haven't gotten a reply. one thing you might try is getting rid of amx_mmm.amxx. I was having the same problem and narrowed it down to my skins plugin. I hated to get rid of it, but had no choice. Now it runs fine. They do have a new version made for 1.71 but it gave me more problems then the prior version.
