Sniper Rifle with antidote bullets!

This idea requested from alot of players of my servers. Then we introduce Antidote Bomb it was fantastic popularity, and now, my players wanna something like that, but to cheep.

Main idea of this Sniper Rifle - convert infected zombie back to human shooting them. One shot - only antidotes one human.
Basicly sniper rifle (crossbow model from half-life) has 1-3 bullets. And also has zoom.

great idea ,but there already have an antidote item out there , i prefer exploding bullets , with higher knockback , slow reload , and ~ 200 dmg 1 bullet
