How can i make that in amxx-studio..when i type a phrase..for example : set_user....or register...to show me all function that starts with set_user and register ?

Tools->settings->compiler->compiler settings.
Set up amxxpc.exe and you shuld get a dropdown box while typing or something.
Its located in example counter-strike/cstrike/addons/amxmodx/scripting
folder.
