Is Firefox 3 Beta 4 stable enough to use?
I'm currently using Firefox 3.
Also, if I do update, will i keep all my themes and extensions?

You're not using FF3, its not out yet. You're using FF2.

It's actually FF3b5 now, and yes, its very stable. I'm on the nightly build, and its pretty stable as well. Everything is pretty much committed as far as code goes. All of your themes and extensions will be kept, but in case something isnt kept, just force it (go to tools-->add-ons and click "Make all compatible" for the themes and extensions sections.)
