How do i lock certain plugins and make it so only certain people can use it ex... i have a laser plugin, to use it you have to bind a command, how can i lock the command

and what is the line of code i would use for that?. i want to lock sm_laser would i do "sm_laser" "a"

If you want everyone with the A flag to use sm_laser, then yes.
