Flooding our Server with DDOS

On our server is a player who is flooding our server with ddos.

At first he is cheating and looking for stress. If we bann him, after
a few seconds the server is under ddos. No other player can join or play.

Our provider says, that he can nothing do.

What can we do?

Buy remote ddos protection, switch hosts to one that offers ddos protection or rent a ddos protected dedi. Other than paying for protection there's nothing you can really do.

We also had Problems with this host. The strange thing:
I was told they got a bulletproof firewall but ddos was consisting. So we changed host (rented a rootserver) and all is fine now.

Either try to kick your support that he is doing something to get the server running you are paying for or switch to another host.

I recommend changing host as soon as possible go in Elitegameservers.net (5 € anti-DDoS), Or Vilayer.com with anti-ddos included , good solution at a low price. In any case it is good, and has a more than acceptable technical support, I recommend it 100%, will not disappoint
