I don't think so, as it doesn't use sv_vote_kick_ban_duration

It's not overriding the standard 5min ban.
If the vote succeed and the user got automatically ban by the server, nothing will happen. Only if there was no ban, probably because he disconnected, then the plugin will ban this person afterwards and tries to kick him. (He could joined already in this time span).

Of course nothing will happen if the vote failed

Updated the plugin to version 1.1:
- added a version cvar
- the output if the user got banned by the server is now using the sv_vote_kick_ban_duration cvar to show the correct "standard ban duration".
- the waiting duration of the timer is now sv_vote_timer_duration + 5 to ensure, that the vote is over

I did not test this, but every event and command is implemented in Left 4 Dead 1 too. So theoretically it should work.
