You can just enter it into console via rcon, if you'd need a small plugin via ES or SM.

I would love to have it as a plugin that I can access from sm but no idea how to make / find one I looked on sourcemod.net but nothing. And RCON I have never been able to figure it out.

ok just figured our RCON haha it's easy my bad. So I did the rcon password thing and then typed exec server.cfg and it said cannot execute server.cfg also tried it with rcon infront of it.

yeah it was saying i need a web server and the someone else posted earlier "well just install apache, php, mysql, along with 300 other programs." Unless you have a different way of doing it please share
