Well as the title says, i wish to get a anti spec hopping plugin like i had in 1.3. After a round ends, people jump into spec to stop being killed. This annoys me alot. So, if there is a brave one among you, please write a plugin for it for SOURCE.

It would be good if this plugin can be used for mainly DODS.

Description of the 1.3 plugin,

Once a player goes to spec (regardless of if its at a rounds end) They would be locked into spec mode for a set time (whatever time you choose). If they goto join a team within the locked spec time. They are shown the motd screen (which will be redirected to a different html, eg.... spechop.html, which will say what is happening) and a countdown timer will tell them how long they have left in spec mode.

PLEASE someone do this plugin, it worked flawlessly on 1.3, and i wish to have it for mainly DODS.
