FlaminSarge, could you please switch the TF2_GetPlayerConditionFlags call to use TF2_IsPlayerInCondition to ditch the deprecation warnings.

Can I have a edited copy that If admin use "sm_antjar player01 1" on player01, player01 gets message in chat "Ant Jar enabled for you." if "sm_antjar player01 0" player01 gets the message in chat "Ant Jar disabled for you."

The plugin uses ShowActivity2 which already displays to everyone when a client gets AntJar. If you can figure out how to tweak your settings such that it displays to only certain people, then you've found your solution. I'm not sure, but I don't think you need to edit the plugin to get the behavior you want.
