How do you enable /me /stats /statsme

Can someone please tell me what i have to do to enable the following commands /me /stats /statsme

o and also, what is the amx command to give money?

For /me..etc.
amx_statscfgmenu in your console.

Download a plugin to give money.
One plugin I recommend is AMX_Super, which has many admin commands, including amx_givemoney.

thanks, but is ther a way to enable it through the server instead of an admin?

Do amx_statscfg list from the server console and turn on whatever you want.
Example:
amx_statscfg SayMe on

Once you are done do amx_statscfg save from the server.
