Having some issues with server

Ok se we are having some issues with our server. (CS:CZ)We are running the following plug ins

amx_super_nospeed.amxx debug
ad_manager.amxx
amx_gore_ultimate.amxx

We have been running these for quite some time. However just today randomly outta the blue, the xp won't save and everyones bank is gone. Not to mention when we start new banks they dissapear next map, same with xp. This has happend in the past so we just re-installed everything. However doing that caused most of our regulars to leave due to the fact they would have had to start fresh and that aggrevated them. Is there anyway to fix this? Or any suggestions what might be wrong? I don't want to have to re-install everything again.

Hmmm, now everything is fine but bank reset itself. Any ideas what might be wrong?

server maybe crashed due to a executed code client side to intentionally crash the server? i had that on my insane dm and it reset

Well, the server isn't crashing thats the problem. And it just did it again upon map change. We JUST literally just now changed maps and all the sudden bank isn't working again. It wen't back to "You do not have a bank acount." :/ And I know it is not the maps glitching anything. We played these maps before with no problems. As far as the xp goes again I am not sure. I will know upon this map change. You think it might be something in the AMX Bank Plug in that could be wrong? But then again idk because a friend has it on his server and always has. And has never run into a single problem

Ok, yup same as yesterday... xp isn't saving either. It seems like everytime the bank is broke, xp doesn't save either. What can I DO!!

Yeah, thats advice. lol. If I knew what was wrong don't you think I would fix it myself. I know its not wc3 and I know it isn't bank. Like I stated we have a friend that has been running the same things as us and he has had no problems. We are beggining to think it is our crappy host.

Ok so now everything is working again BUT again bank reset itself.
