That message is related to updater not being installed - which can be found here.

Going to do some debugging and work out why it's showing that message at all (Which is shouldn't be). Can replicate it on my local server by removing updater.smx - but the error shouldn't be showing up in the first place with it being an optional plugin.

Once you install updater everything should be functioning as normal.

Edit:
Fixed that problem locally, was a missing underscore in the include files - Which made SourceMod parse the optional natives incorrectly. Which means I need to update MOTD Fixer, to keep Radio working with other mods.

Installed updater as you said, the motdf plugin now runs.

Unfortunately, ran into another problem. When I run sm_rcon motdf_register (or just rcon motdf_register using the main console as well), it responds with 'Registering Server.' but never does anything further. I do not get an additional response like 'Registration successful, please keep token in safe place' as your wiki suggests I will receive. I've let it sit up to 10 minutes, still no response, and when my plugin attempts to use the motdf_showmotdpanel, the following error is given:

I also tried using the IP-based authentication method. When that is set and I attempt to register the server, it tells me I don't need to. However, I still get the same error as above when using IP-based authentication.

That's the standard response when no server token is setup.

Forgot to mention - Released an update to Radio and MOTD Fixer that bring both versions to BETA 3 which fixes the dependency problems

That was on my todo list a long time ago - bought the game on steam, just for that purpose.

Will look into it again next week for sure, when i have a bit more free time.

Released an update to MOTD Fixer that brings it to v1.00 BETA 4 - This adds support for displayed panels and hopefully fixes some bugs that users was encountering - full changelog is here

Another update to say Radio and MOTD Fixer are now out of beta and final release ready.

Radio 2.0.0.8 FINAL Changelog:
- Added a missing Plugin_Handled on !rhelp
- Reintroduced !browse/sm_browse for CS:GO with MOTD Fixer
- Fixed the "Off Page" loading incorrectly under CS:GO - Wasn't using MOTDF_ShowMOTDPanel
- Added more checks for SteamWorks_IsLoaded()
- Changed a few more LogMessage calls to utilise RLogMessage
If you experience problems inside Radio - Make sure "sm_radio_logging" is set to 1
- Removed unecessary null's after calling delete on Handles
- Added the latest Linux git123 SteamWorks.ext.so to the package
- Updated to the latest Multi-Colors by Bara
- Removed redundant files from the full download package

MOTD Fixer 1.00 FINAL Changelog:
- Slightly reduced the base resolution for displayed MOTD panels

@Shoubi I did some tests in Insurgency and it appears the developers completley disabled HTML style MOTD's (Read up about this somewhere on the SM forums).
Ran quite a few tests and had no luck at all - Even using the current and old style CS:GO tricks to fool the engine to load a HTML window.
If i find a way, will update Radio to support it for sure or anyone has any tips on how to do it.

Got an updated released for Radio that fixes the volume settings loading incorrectly.

v2.0.0.9:
- Problem with the volume loading incorrectly fixed
- Added feedback for MOTD Fixer and checks if available - Translation file updated too
- New radiovolume.txt/shoutcastcustom.txt added to the package - Thanks to Caaine
- Few more internal code changes

Huge thanks to Caaine for the custom station list with a balanced music choice and the volume bug report.

Will be releasing an updated MOTD Fixer soon with changes to the plugin and PHP script. The updated script is already running on my website, but have one last bug to fix with registering URL's on a few select hosts, before a public release tomorrow hopefully.

This release is another small maintenance patch that includes MOTD Fixer and SMJansson inside the base package.

Wasn't 100% sure about including MOTD Fixer, but the complete package is meant to have full functionality out the box, without playing around with plugins and such.
