i don't need to make the plugin update it self , i want to add some thing like alarm so it start inform the owner that new version is available to download in a specific date like (01/01/2019) .

i've seen this idea befor , i was runing a plugin for 7 months then in 01/01/2017 it automaticly start to say a new version is available to download in https://......

Amxx plugins, unlike sourcemod don't have an URL field in their source, you can't tell what's their alliedmoders topic(unless you parse all possible plugin pages, which is insane).

This must be added by the plugin author, not by you.

there are only 109 pages of approved plugins. Can be done

24 new plugin pages + 118 unapproved + 109 approved = 251 pages on each map change. Seems perfectly fine. The server will totally not hang or crash from that and for sure it will not take ages.

I agree. Though, if the plugin author using it in their plugin followed the rules (not using 3rd party includes/resources etc) then it would work nicely.
