Logging rcon stats (server FPS and CPU pct)

Hi,

Is there a way to log rcon stats of server?

I am primarily interested in server FPS and CPU percentage (both would be ideal, some more would be a bonus), since that is the easiest way to see if something is wrong with the server and to complain against server hosting with some actual proof other then "just the feeling".
