Lobster is over-rated, king crab and prawns are much better, more to eat and easier on your pocket.

Yes it is ( but not as good as what I posted) but still over-rated.

Example...
1 1/4 LB chick (thats lobster talk in the Restaurant Business) cost anywhere from 7.99 a lb to 11.99 a lb depending on what time of year and only yeilds 8oz-9oz of meat (sometimes even less) where the king crab yeilds (avg wt 7lbs) 75% of its wieght and costs 11.99 per.....Prawns salt or fresh water giving 95%.

yes, back in the 1920's they were mostly used as fertilizer. There was so many lobsters back then, they were considered a pest.
They were caught in all waters...not like today.
Todays poor mans lobster is monkfish.
