What are the properties of the mp3 supposed to be? because i added some new sound clips and this plugin seems to crash the server now, prior to adding new sound clips it worked well.

It leaves in MP3 format at 192 Kbps or up to 128 Kbps, use those and works perfectly for me.

Remember too, put in small, short seconds. I recommend it for up to 15 seconds.

What is the format of the sound, quality, and duration of the sounds you are using.

It is good to use .mp3 audio, 192/128 Kbps and a maximum of 15 seconds of audio.

The audios have 10 to 15 seconds, are .mp3 But I will check if they are with 192/128 Kbps

I change the audios kbps to 128 and still not working.

Double-check that you have sent the audios to the server and configured correctly, and also see if FastDL is updated and configured correctly.

I use this plugin on a home server, here it is working normally so far.

Also post the most recent error log of the server and also the list of plugins, some of them may contain something if it is some mistake with the plugin.

Not sure if anyone can help me out here or not. I'm running into two issues thus far with this plugin.

The first problem I have is that the server absolutely refuses to check the right path for the sound files when starting up. No matter what the configuration file is set to, it still checks the default path anyway. If I use the "!res_refresh" command, the server does end up loading the correct files after.

The second problem I'm dealing with is the actual playing of files. I've checked the lengths, file formats, bit rates, and other various factors of my sound files, and even converted them from MP3 to WAV, then back to MP3 again in a desperate attempt to rid any potential hidden issues. No matter what I do, they just won't play, however they are downloading to the client just fine. (FastDL is also not an issue). Manually playing them through the client console is also giving me the same error messages as what I receive when a round ends. For example:

This happens whether I play an existing song file or not. I can even spam the name with random characters and the error doesn't change. A search on this forum, (and elsewhere online), is not giving me any working solutions because my audio files already meet the specified requirements, and sv_pure is not causing issues for me. I actively play on several other servers that use custom sounds, so I know this isn't a client-side issue.

Edit: Scratch that second issue. It randomly fixed itself after a day or so of leaving the server be. No idea why. The first problem is still present, however.
