Anyone able to get AMX Mod X working on a HL listen server for Windows? I get Metamod running, but when I type meta list I get this:

Currently loaded plugins:
      description      stat pend  file              vers      src  load  unlod
0 plugins, 0 running

I edited the liblist.gam and it has the correct path. AMX MOD X is also in the correct directory and the base plugins are all there (in the Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\addons\amxmodx\plugins folder) but I can't get any to run. Is there something new I need to do?

I forgot to mention that I have that as well. The meta list still says 0 plugins. I've tried in both the HL directory itself as well as the valve_addon directory. Only Metamod works in both instances. None of the AMX Mod X plugins load.

What game is the server running?

Oh, I just posted there since it seemed appropriate. Apologies.

The game is the original Half Life. I've used MM:S and Sourcemod quite often for different Source servers so I know what's required to set up. But for AMXMOD X it simply isn't loading. I followed the install instructions for AMX Mod X exactly (triple checked too). I know the Gold Source games are now on SteamCMD, so I was thinking maybe there is something new that needs to be done as well to get the plugins to load, or no?

HL1 uses the valve folder, so you need to put Metamod and AMXX there

Yes they are in there, but only metamod works. This is the directory structure I have:

Half-Life\valve\addons\metamod\plugins.ini
Half-Life\valve\addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll
Half-Life\valve\addons\amxmodx\configs
Half-Life\valve\addons\amxmodx\data
Half-Life\valve\addons\amxmodx\dlls
Half-Life\valve\addons\amxmodx\logs
Half-Life\valve\addons\amxmodx\modules
Half-Life\valve\addons\amxmodx\plugins (all the plugins that come with amx mod x are in this folder)

I added the following to the liblist.gam file:

gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll"

The plugins.ini has this:

addons/amxmodx/dlls/amxmodx_mm.dll

I did everything mentioned here. The plugins.ini points to the right path for the amxmodx_mm.dll and that dll file is in the correct folder. All that and meta list still says 0 plugins. So what did I miss?

Yes, I even reinstalled as well.

I can't believe I missed something that simple Now it works. Thanks You pointing that out helped me spot a typo in the install instructions though for step 3 in Installing AMX Mod X where it says the following in the last sentence:

Make sure you download the pack that corresponds to the server's operating system, either Windows, Linux, or Linux.

It should be this:

Make sure you download the pack that corresponds to the server's operating system, either Windows or Linux.
