How to solve ?- Server shutting down after 1-3 minutes?(Cs1.6-Linux)

I tried with steam and non steam and still same problem server shutting down after 1-3 minutes and if i connect and change map it shuts down immediately.
Also i have recognized that i always have same error:

   VAC secure mode is activated.

As you can see it connects to steam servers, but why its turning off? How to solve it?

Use screen cmd to start your server / What command-line you use to start your server?
What command you use to change map?

I use ./start and my start_line command line is:

That's the problem. don't use map, use amx_map if you're using AmxModX or changelevel.
