This plugin is very nice and useful however there are few bugs with it:

1 - The entities aren't phantom so if you spawn some around the map you actually have to get above them before getting them which causes some problems and "slows you down" like if you were going to get through stairs.

2 - This plugin, for some reason, was crashing my lan server.

1. this plugin crashes server. See previous pages. Allready reported.
2. It does not create any save file.

Fully broken atm.

Anyone care to fix ?

Problem 1: Whenever I spawn one set of mp5´s to the map the server crashes.

The second thing is that I dont want the weapon spawner to remove all weapons on one specific map.
How do I config ws_auto_remove 0 on map fy_castle for example?

You have to make a folder called ws in your config folder, reread the installation steps.
There´s also a requirement to run the game in steam, nosteam is not supported.


Update: I fixed the mp5 issue and added a option that will solve the issue.

Download Weapon_Spawner2 and type "ws_remove_auto 1" in your console.
Now it will not remove the weapons on fy_castle if you have no configuration for it.
But it will still remove the weapons on for example aim_awp if you have a costum setup for aim_awp.

There´s also a new option in the menu that will delete the configuration file for the current map.

Please inform me if you are having eny slowdowns or problems that nitz mentioned.
If you do get some, then run the plugin in debug mode and attach the configuration for the map.
Don´t forget to submit the console errors, it will help me to track down the issue.

I set ws_auto_remove 0 and normal guns are still removed. I dont want to remove normal ones...
And why did you disable spawning weapons in spec?
Server's getting laggs with more weapons and when you have something and you go over this weapon, it's like small block... Sometimes weapons do not spawn.

And it's not "costum" but "custom"

Thank you for your feedback, i did some changes that may help against the lagg.
The spawns have a size in this plugin unlike normal armor entities, the height can be mistaken for lagg when you walk over it.
It will not work without a size as it is now, i will look around for a solution when i have the time.

The cvar "ws_auto_remove" was renamed by accident in ws2, it´s now fixed.

Can you add option "Delete last added weapon"?
I tried to add custom weapons to fy_pool_day and one mistake and I had to do it all again :/

@luki1412, u can use nr6 option, delete all custom spawns, and then 3th to load spawns...


Also, is it possible to use this plugin with gunxp mod? as this plugin automatically equip the gun, so on gunxp if u dont even have the required level, it still picks up the gun..
