Linux version of this plugin is broken, it doesnt load anymore.

Because DAF doesn't.

EDIT:
I've tried a bunch of linux-builds for l4d2 I found here and the plugin loads fine, but it's not blocking simple udp-flooding attacks (no ip-spoofing).
Can anyone fix this? Because afaik there's no DoS-protection for l4d2 available.
