Since upgrading to 1.75a, I have been getting numerous complaints of "invisible" players from people on my TFC server.

Do you have a amx_cloak / amx_setUserInvisible plugin maybe your admins are abusing?
On an old version of the hidden spectate plugin you could exploit it to become invisible + invunerable. I say this because maybe you have omitted this plugin in your list to prevent players knowing you run this plugin, I could be wrong.
If you do not run this plugin then I would suggest disabling AMXX for a few days and see if the problem persists; if it does then you are on the wrong forums .

Hmmmm, I remember a bug in Mike Cao's gore (or atleast i think) where players would become invisible. Make sure its not the same issue here

I disabled the gore plugin and the problem went away.

try disabling all 3th party plugin and then loadin up on by one
