How its supposed to output 56 or 58 if it can't enter there?

If you're using an older client that check will use a lower value. A client that doesn't support FastDL won't have message 56, so it'll be v7 > 55 (or whichever message ID was the largest back then).

Looks like you updated ReAPI, but not the ReHLDS.
