Yes, you can. You don't have to add a sounds for every second. If you add only for 30, 20 and 10, only those files will play.

The 1.8.2 compiler outputs 1.8.1 in the compile results. I'm assuming he's using that one as it's the official supported version.

can you please add this sounds in your plugin or removed the "Style" cause i don't want the Style i just want HUD MESSAGE of 30 Sec 20 Sec 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 or just Sounds

The configuration file is there for a reason. If you don't want something, you disable it. There's no need for me to remove anything.
If there's no style, there will be no HUD message either. Simply choose style 0 to show only the counter and nothing else.
