is it possible to make this plugin: when admin write : cheater "nick"= cheater obama , it will automaticly record a demo and save it to his or servr FTP PC

You can make them record a demo but it won't do you any good because you cannot get it at the server.

only sollution is to force them to record a demo, ban them, then ask them to submit the demo to the server and unban them

Yep, I have an HLTV at my house that I occasionally connect to my clan's server to record demos. I have it set to record as soon as it connects. It is quick and simple.

i like it forcing them to record then asking them for it to unban them.

the only diffrent thing is, that a player can use wallhack and not be too obvious about it...this way hltv doesn't help that much... but if you force him to record then he gives you the demo, in his demo you can see his wh

Yeah, You will only see it if he is stupid enough to send that demo in lol .
