I am running srds through wifi router.Can i see IP's of my clients?

So long as you have RCON and/or you can see the console.

I mean everyone has the same IP.Is there a way to see their
real IP.

If they are LAN clients and connecting using the external IP, no.
If they are LAN clients and connecting using the LAN IP, then it should do that already.
If they are external clients and connecting using the external IP, then it should do that already.
