Broken .smx? ($5 Reward to fix)

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me with the wow.smx It is already ported for sdk hooks and all the menus pop up but theres a constant squirting noise that continually goes on until the mods unloaded. I believe its noise when a popup is trying to be brought up. And also when shooting a player it triggers there hp to jump from normal 100 to 20-60k and it changes when being shot at.

If anybody could please fix it here's the .smx.

We can't do anything with a smx file.
We need a sp file.

Technically it is possible to decompile smx.

Do you just need the .sp or the include files also? Sorry about that. I thought if you decompiled the .smx it'd give you the .sp and includes.

I know sorry, But I don't think you'll have to look through them all. Just the ones that relate. But I'm not that experienced in coding just in server modding and I tried all the basics I think its the plugin. What would trigger the person to gain 20-60k hp from being shot but it doesnt work if u hurt your self. Only when another player shoots another and it flucuates the HP between those ammounts. And the squirting noise that keeps repeating. If anybody has a question about that noise heres my IP that you can see it for your self.

The health changing sporadicly might be a variable that's not nulled in the OnTakeDamage sdkhook.
No idea what's causing the sound to loop. I'd have to read through it all to find the occurances of PlayLevelUpSound(Client), which seems to be the only sound function.

I believe it has something to do with the popup. Im pretty sure its the popup on the bottom of the screen that keeps trying to reopen. I had this problem a year ago and I fixed it somehow. :/
