All that is required from the server side for the script to work, is that you use the mysql saving method.

Leave "localhost" unless you connect to a remote mysql server (one that is not on the same server as your CS server). Other than that, you will have to use the same username/password as you use on your other pages of your site.
The script will create the databases that SuperHero Mod uses, if they does not exist already.
It also requires that your mysql user has access to "CREATE", "UPDATE" and "DELETE".
