So, I just tested both of the features that I added for you and it appears to be working just fine (I don't have the ranks plugin so I simply disabled that part such that I could test the plugin).

The only time I could reproduce something similar is if I'm the only person in the server and I try to use the command. But realize, this scenario doesn't make any sense since there is no other players to give money to.
