From what I can see yes, but the logs can help diagnose the issue.

How can I make it work with the default voting system and stop the plugin to change the map itself?
Like what I wanna do is plugin should trigger the client reconnect on a map change that's all, now this map change can be by called vote or end game vote.

It is hard to confirm this. I can say from my experience, using only HDR/recompiling to HDR removed crashing for my server where only 3 or 4 of the 13 total maps were LDR. That does not say for sure it is caused by HDR, could be coincidence.

I wrote a little more info here if people want to try using only HDR maps themselves to see if clients stop crashing without the plugin. You can do this to remove any maps that show -ldr or ask the mapper to compile those maps in HDR.

It will be very troublesome to do this operation on servers with hundreds of maps.
