Reason is that I have a dust 2 24/7 server running the problem is that when ever server has finished its 28 rounds, the restart takes around 3-2 min. Is this a client side nor a bug or something wrong in server config?

This would be for Cs 1.6.

Btw another thing, to no make another post why does say + @ doesnt appear on the screen, apparently you have to spam it in order for it to appear what is the issue?
