would it be possible to code a swear filter to where is would automatically gag the player,using the amx_gag plugin,and have it customisable to a certain number of offenses,also have it filter the words with ** until the player is gagged?

well that shouldn't be a problem...

you could i.e. download the "swear_filter" -plugin (by SuicideDog as this is more simple) and a gag- plugin (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=400)
install them and add a line below the "censore line" to gag the player (amx_gag #id)

..thats just one way to do this..

It gags players on a certian ammount of offenses if you set it up to do that.
