Alright, I finally found some time to update it.
Added:
1) Every minute, the plugin checks to see if someone has gained a karma point.
2) Changed karma from being minutes (doh!) to hours.
3) New command: amx_rkarma <player> <seconds>. Removes time from a player's karma counter. It only works if they have saved time in the vault.
4) Command amx_karma_list changed to amx_klist.

Anybody seeing any problems?
