Moving at freezetime

Is there a way to be able to move at freezetime?
For example set freezetime to 20 and be able to move.

To Dev team: Maybe this is possible through a module?

OMG Freecode you didn't know that???

That was 1 of the bugs we had in SoccerMod until we fixed it, people could boost in freezetime and move about.

How can you move when there is freezetime? Doesn't the round officialy start after the freeze?

Yeah but you can just ruch to there spawn and spawn people if you get out of freeze time

Batman didn't know how to be able NOT to move in freezetime and therefore asked me for help during the creation of SH, thought everyone knew this problem
