I use a server with this plugin and ive seen people do it with out any admin or donator privliges do you have to type something in console or chat?

Hello!

Is there a way to set that other flags than the owner can use !colors?

I'm looking to set flag "o" (Which will be my VIP flag) so vip players can also use !colors, so far I can't see anything like that in terms of changing.

so all works fine execpt the color

when i chose a colour just dont work. the chat colour is still white

also i dont know what is this "Clientprefs ("client preferences"), bundled with SourceMod"

but i have the clientrefs plugin and in the database cfg too.
