Here's an updated version that fixes numerous exploits in the plugin, namely:
-Failing to explode ubered/bonked/etc. players (allowing them to rocket up to normally inaccessible places)
-Failing to explode players with extremely high health (aka VSH/FF2)
-Spamming the chat with !rocketme messages (by binding a key to sm_rocketme and pressing it repeatedly, you can fill up the chat with "%N died in a rocket-related message") <--This might not work, I have not tested it yet

We actually use it in VSH. Reduced the health amount so that overhealed heavy's can use it, same for scouts etc too. Just to add some fun in the game.

Something we also fixed, the ability to kill someone else with rocketme while standing next to that person.

Also Works in Insurgency... Great for when I get PO'd at people... Would really be nice to see this incorporated into the menu items so that when you go to control a user, you have ROCKET listed vs having to type a command.
