I don't think anybody is actually maintaining this ...
but just in case ... feature request!

• Play a custom sound (specified by CVAR) when a couple gets married.
• Play a custom sound (specified by CVAR) when a couple gets divorced.
• Play a custom sound (specified by CVAR) when somebody proposes.
• Play a custom sound (specified by CVAR) when somebody rejects a proposal.
• Pre-cache whatever sounds are specified.

Fix on database issues,
those who want to use this plugin but won't create table automatically,
either execute this or edit in sql_queries.sp and recompile

when running server, this is printed to console

i've got both database tables set, however, the proposal one gets updated with info when someone proposes, but in game it sill says that they have no proposals
